The illegal and politicised neo-NCJ turns itself into a lynch mob and turns citizens against Judge Maciej Ferek from Kraków. It publishes protected court surveillance footage in conflict with the law and breaches the secrecy of correspondence in order to discredit the judge.

Zbigniew Ziobro’s schoolmate and simultaneously the head of the politicised NCJ, Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, will not have to pay a fine. The decision was made in bizarre circumstances, with one of the judges reporting the suspicion of the court ruling having been illegally influenced.

The Kraków judges have an uphill struggle. A special department has been formed. According to the president of the Regional Court – not against them. They, however, are of a different opinion.

Prosecutor General Zbigniew Ziobro is resorting to an extraordinary complaint to punish Judge Waldemar Żurek, one of the symbols of the defense of independent courts in Poland.
