We obtained an English translation of the Prime Minister Morawiecki application for constitutional review of the Treaty on the European Union dated 29 March 2021

The head of Polish government asks the sham Constitutional Tribunal to determine whether certain provisions of the TEU concerning the primacy of EU law and effective judicial protection are consistent with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
